ੴ ਸਤਿਨਾਮ ਕਰਤਾ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਨਿਰਭਉ ਨਿਰਵੈਰੁ ਅਕਾਲ ਮੂਰਤਿ ਅਜੂਨੀ ਸੈਭੰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ॥

॥ ਜਪੁ॥

ਆਦਿ ਸਚੁ ਜੁਗਾਦਿ ਸਚੁ। ॥  ਹੈ ਭੀ ਸਚੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਹੋਸੀ ਭੀ ਸਚੁ॥

Please let us become very aware of the spot on which we are sitting because God has reserved this spot for us.

ਆਪੇ ਸੰਗਤਿ ਸਦਿ ਬਹਾਲੈ ਆਪੇ ਵਿਦਾ ਕਰਾਵੈ ॥

aape sa(n)gat sadh bahaalai aape vidhaa karaavai ||

These spots, where each one of us is sitting, are so blessed because it is at these spots that the Divine is going to come and meet us. Feel the space up to your knees and thank this space. This spot is so blessed; I am grateful to this sport that it kept itself reserved for me because this is the very spot where my Beloved is going to come and meet me. This is our meeting place. He had set the time and date and the spot to meet me.

This very beautiful soul from Michigan has written if we could expand upon this utterance on page 1390 of Guru Granth Sahib Ji:

ਕਬੀਰ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ਅਤਿ ਘਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਮਾਹਿ

kabeer chaturaa-ee at ghanee har jap hirdai maahi.

ਸੂਰੀ ਊਪਰਿ ਖੇਲਨਾ ਗਿਰੈ ਠਾਹਰ ਨਾਹਿ

sooree oopar khaylnaa girai ta thaahar naahi.

ਕਬੀਰ ਚਤੁਰਾਈ ਅਤਿ ਘਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਮਾਹਿ

kabeer chaturaa-ee at ghanee har jap hirdai maahi.

It is of extreme wisdom to meditate at the hirdaa and feel the Divine there.

Let us feel Him at the hirdaa (heart area) and we are going to feel our Beloved. He has already come for the meeting. He had a date with us; we would meet at that spot at such and such time.

Meditation at 11:01

ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ…….ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ………….ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ………ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ……

har jap………har jap……………har jap………..har jap……….

With every har jap, please complete one circle at the hirdaa in the counterclockwise direction, going around the hirdaa. We are to go around the hirdaa, the radius is up to you. The Divine is already present there; we are to walk on that circle and the Divine will reveal Himself there.

har jap - means the consciousness is fully awake; I am remembering the Divine and He has come.

ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ…….ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ………….ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ………ਹਰਿ ਜਪਿ……

har jap………har jap……………har jap………..har jap……….

Please stay there while feeling Him with as much intensity as possible.

ਸੂਰੀ ਊਪਰਿ ਖੇਲਨਾ ਗਿਰੈ ਠਾਹਰ ਨਾਹਿ

sooree oopar khaylnaa girai ta thaahar naahi.

He says, where this spot is the most blessed spot to be, at the same time this spot is very dangerous because now you are up above in the skies, and if you fall off from here you are going to end up in the blind well which is a trap of death.

sooree - means noose.

thaahar - means stop temporarily.

Please understand this. Maharaj Ji says there are seven holy tanks within us. First is the root point, second is the pubic bone, third is the navel point, fourth is hirdaa, fifth is the throat, sixth between the eyebrows, and then the tenth gate at the top of the head. Hirdaa is in the center, with three holy tanks below it and three above it. When our consciousness comes at the throat and starts remaining there, the Divine pulls our consciousness upwards. He says, the hirdaa is the most dangerous spot because it is in the middle. You can be pulled down if your consciousness is in the worldly pleasures, or you can be pulled up if you are in ishq with the Divine. If you are rooted in the world, you are bound to fall in the blind well, which is a noose of death. We may be feeling the Divine here but if a worldly thought comes then immediately our consciousness falls into the blind well.

Thank you for letting us have darshan of this utterance.

Even though we feel that we hear the Celestial Music at the ears, in fact it is heard at the hirdaa. This secret can only be opened when our consciousness becomes used to dwelling at the hirdaa. A sangat came from Quebec today and said: Baba Ji, I keep hearing this noise; please stop this noise. I said, that’s not noise, it’s music. She was surprised - music, but it’s so loud! I said, God is merciful upon you; He says perhaps you won’t hear it otherwise so let’s turn up the volume for you.

Let’s continue reading the letter from the daughter who said that more than anyone else in the world, taking rebirth is the most important for her.

After that Maharaj Ji gave me that experience of seeing parkaash (Divine light) and Anhad Shabad (Celestial Music) together, and how these two things are the only things in the universe. Three days after that, Baba Ji, you spoke about Anhad Shabad and Parkaash being the gateways to rebirth. It seemed as though everything that happened with me and what Maharaj Ji spoke about was specifically for me. It seems as though this entire process was molded specifically for me.

 

This is the sign of ishq, that he’s talking to me alone only. He has designed this process of rebirth for me only.

Baba Ji, this sounds selfish but I felt as if through nature He was showing me different experiences and then it was being spoken in Khajana Darshan. I am just astonished! It is just for me!

Please focus our entire consciousness towards Celestial Music. In the beginning it would sound like saaN saaN at the ears, then it would sound like very fine ankle bells, or cymbals. Please hear this again and again during the day. If we are by ourselves then we should hear it while reciting MoolMantar in our consciousness. Then Moolmantar will stop and the Celestial Music will take hold of our consciousness.

ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤੀ ਖਾਬਾਂ ਵਿਚ… ਆਣ ਕੇ ਜਗਾਵੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ…. ਸਮਝ ਨਾ ਆਵੇ…. ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੌਣ ਨੀ

aDhee raatee khaabaaN vich…. aankay jagaavay jirhaa….. samajh naa aavay mainoo kaun nee

Oh, my mother, who is the one that comes in the middle of the night, wakes me up and plays this music for me.

ਹਾਸਾ ਹੱਸੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਓਹੋ….ਰੁਕਵਾਂ ਜਿਹਾ ਨੀ ਮਾਏ….ਜਿਵੇਂ….ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਗਾਮ ਘਰ ਆਉਣ ਨੀ

haasaa hasee jaavay oho….rukvaaN jihaa nee maa-ay…..jivayN…..khushee day paigaam ghar aa-oun nee

It also feels like someone is laughing; so sweet, tender, gentle laughter. It feels like someone is laughing, continuously but also haltingly. It feels like this laughter carries some very beautiful happy news for me.

ਤਿਨਿ ਕਰਤੈ ਇਕੁ ਖੇਲੁ ਰਚਾਇਆ

tin kartai ik khayl rachaa-i-aa.

My Beloved has set a play in motion.

ਕਾਇਆ ਸਰੀਰੈ ਵਿਚਿ ਸਭੁ ਕਿਛੁ ਪਾਇਆ

kaa-i-aa sareerai vich sabh kichh paa-i-aa.

He has put everything which is in the universe within me.

Please understand one thing here. When Maharaj Ji says how one falls in the cycle of 8.4 million species; since the vibrations of all those species are within us, whichever nature remains within us more, those vibrations decide which species you will get in the next life. Because all vibrations are within us - every bird, animal, plan, air, fire, water; those who remain burning in anger get the life of fire; God doesn’t do this, our nature determines that. He set up a play in motion and gave us the choice. He says all of the worlds’ species are in front of you; you choose which direction you want to go. Maharaj Ji says, we are to go towards the truth.

ਸਚਾ ਸਾਹੁ ਸਚੇ ਵਣਜਾਰੇ

sachaa saahu sachay vanjaaray.

Then, He says:

 

ਬਿਨੁ ਰਾਸੀ ਕੋ ਵਥੁ ਕਿਉ ਪਾਏ

bin raasee ko vath ki-o paa-ay.

Maharaj Ji says that the Truth is the true wealth and is only gained by those who make an investment for that; who pay the price for that. What is the price to earn the true wealth? The price is to uproot the self from the world and plant it into the Divine. This is the cost.

ਮਨਮੁਖ ਭੂਲੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਬਾਏ

manmukh bhoolay lok sabaa-ay.

Those who did not understand the story and rooted themselves in the world; they did not pay the price to earn the true wealth. What happened to them?

ਬਿਨੁ ਰਾਸੀ ਸਭ ਖਾਲੀ ਚਲੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਜਾਇ ਦੁਖੁ ਪਾਵਣਿਆ

bin raasee sabh khaalee chalay khaalee jaa-ay dukh paavni-aa.

Those who did not uproot themselves out of their world and planted themselves into me, they would go back empty handed and would be thrown back into the world and would suffer again. Look at the statements! We are not going to let this happen.

ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਤੇ ਆਕੇ ਸਾਨੁੰ ਦੱਸ ਉਹਦੀ ਪਾਈ ਸੀ

tooN hee tay aakay saanoo das oHdee paa-ee see

You came and told us about the Beloved. We never knew that He was so close!

ਦੇ ਕੇ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਪੀਂਘ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਸੀ

day kay hulaaraa peeNgh ishkay dee paa-ee see

You are the one who told us that our Beloved is so close to us, waiting for us. You are the one who told us about ishq.

ਅਨਦੇਖੇ ਸੱਜਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਭਦੀ ਫਿਰਾਂ ਮੈਂ

andaykhay sajnaaN noo labhdee firaaN maiN

I am looking for my Beloved whom I have never seen before. How will I recognize my Beloved? Don’t work, he would come and start walking around and you just detect the walk.

ਜੱਗ ਆਖੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਜੋਗੀਆ

jag aakhay mainoo ho gi-aa shudaa jogee-aa

The world thinks I have gone crazy.

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਏ ਓਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾ ਜੋਗਿਆ

jivayN mandaa ay os noo manaa jogee-aa

From previous deewaan: Whatever it takes to make my wedding with my Beloved happen, please make it happen. Whatever it takes, whatever He asks, tell Him I will do that.  

Kavitaa (end)

Maharaj Ji says:

ਅਖਰੀ ਲਿਖਣੁ ਬੋਲਣੁ ਬਾਣਿ

akhree likhan bolan baan.

ਅਖਰਾ ਸਿਰਿ ਸੰਜੋਗੁ ਵਖਾਣਿ

akhraa sir sanjog vakhaan.

Maharaj Ji says, beware, understand the sensitivity of the story; you can slip anywhere. Be very careful which words you speak. Whatever you speak, those words will affect you and others who hear them. Speak like the ones who are in ishq with Me. Don’t speak like the worldly people otherwise you will pay the price.

ਤਉ ਭਾਵਨਿ ਤਉ ਜੇਹੀਆ ਮੂ ਜੇਹੀਆ ਕਿਤੀਆਹ

ta-o bhaavan ta-o jayhee-aa moo jayhee-aa kitee-aah.

You must change your behavior to be like Mine; have you seen My words, Gurbaanee? Maharaj Ji is teaching us to become very careful about talking. How we talk, the words we use - Are they coming out of love? Are they coming out of compassion? Are they coming out of humility? Be especially careful when you speak with the people whom you live with because the words spoken to them are going to either make you happy or sad and hurt.

Now, it is now just about reciting paath. It is about doing what the Guru is asking us to do.  

ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਣਿ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਧੁਰਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਾਗੁ

updays guroo sun mani-aa Dhur mastak pooraa bhaag.

bhaag - means part. e.g. if God has a pie, then whatever part is given to you is bhaag.

pooraa - means complete, all.

He says whosoever hears me and does what I say, I don’t give him a part of Me; I just give Him all of Me.

ਸਭੁ ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਹਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਨੁ ਖਿੜਿਆ ਹਰਿਆ ਬਾਗੁ

sabh tan man hari-aa ho-i-aa man khirhi-aa hari-aa baag.

hari-aa - means full of life.

When I come to dwell in a house, His insides become full of life; happy, laughing, like a garden is blooming.

Dhaarnaa: (at 1:05:47)

ਮੇਰਾ ਜੀਅ ਰਾਜੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ….ਵੈਦ ਕੋਲ ਚੱਲ ਨੀ ਮਾਏ

mayraa jee raajee nahee rahiNdaa…..vaid kol chal nee maa-ay

Oh, my mother, my insides remain sad. Let us go to the Divine physician.

ਉਪਦੇਸੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਸੁਣਿ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਧੁਰਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਪੂਰਾ ਭਾਗੁ

updays guroo sun mani-aa Dhur mastak pooraa bhaag.

ਸਭੁ ਤਨੁ ਮਨੁ ਹਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਮਨੁ ਖਿੜਿਆ ਹਰਿਆ ਬਾਗੁ

sabh tan man hari-aa ho-i-aa man khirhi-aa hari-aa baag.

ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦਾ….ਭਾਗ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਓਸ ਦਾ

jihrhaa sun kay saahibaaN noo mandaa…..bhaag pooraa hovay os daa

Whosoever hears Him and does that, He gives him everything - means all of the Divine comes to him.

ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਤਨ ਮਨ ਹਰਿਆ ਬਾਗ……ਪਤਾ ਵੀ ਰੱਬ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਪੁੱਛਦਾ

rahiNdaa tan man hari-aa baag…….pataa vee rab rahiNdaa puchhdaa

His insides remain blossomed and God keeps asking his address that where does He live, I have to give him everything.  

ਸੋਹਣੇ ਵੈਦ ਦੀ ਮੰਨਣ ਦਾ ਵੇਖ….ਅਹਿਮ ਕਿੱਡਾ ਫੱਲ ਨੀ ਮਾਏ

Sohnay vaid dee manan daa vaykh

Oh, my mother, look how great is the reward of acting upon His advice; hearing Him and then doing that.

ਮੇਰਾ ਜੀਅ ਰਾਜੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ….ਵੈਦ ਕੋਲ ਚੱਲ ਨੀ ਮਾਏ

mayraa jee raajee nahee rahiNdaa…..vaid kol chal nee maa-ay
